Upper Grades

The students in Kinneret’s upper grades participate in a rigorous dual curriculum, completing demanding programs in the sciences, high-school level mathematics, college-level Hebrew, intensive writing and literature, politics and economics, in addition to meaningful study of Jewish History, Torah, Nevi’im, Chagim, Halachah, and Israel Studies.  Our oldest students prepare for high school not only through their academic work but also through travel, Shabbatonim, charitable work, and extensive interaction with our younger students.  They also take responsibility for the well-being of our school by participating in Student Council, leading our new student tours, and planning tzedakah projects.  Whether our students go on to the top public schools in the city or to the region’s most competitive Jewish high schools, Kinneret students never fail to impress with their knowledge, skills, and menschlichkeit.
